If you are not feeling at peace within yourself, how can you move forward in your life. Being at peace allows you to deal with anything that comes along in life. We all want the perfect life where everything goes our way and nothing stops us from having what we want. However, this is not how things are, be honest with yourself. When you are expecting something wonderful to happen and it does not go as planned, you say you had bad luck, why? Whatever happens, happened, because that's how it was meant to be. We learn lessons everyday, to teach us how to deal with certain situations. If everything was perfect, then we wouldn't learn anything. We have to go through the tough times to appreciate the good we have. Joy can be found in every moment, so learn from mistakes or errors made and forgive yourself for making them. You never know when those mistakes could save your life or someone else's. Look at everything in a positive way and this will help to keep you at peace within. Namaste

There is no point avoiding the situation between you and whomever you are avoiding. Even if you see this person everyday and do not talk about what is bothering you, it will not get better. Deal with it now, today and you will see that it was worth the time and effort to push through your fears. Whatever the outcome, it wil be easier on you and them. Hold your head high and say what needs to be said. Namaste

How are you feeling in this present moment? Are you stressed, angry, happy or confused? Well you need to just accept who you are and how you feel, Now, this will help you get past any negative feelings you may be having or holding on to. Sometimes when we are not having a goo day we blame it on past issues. We say, this always happens to me or why can't i do better. You must let go of the past and live in the present moment. Each time you scold yourself you are bringing back the feelings of the past. You will find that you will stop repeating the same mistakes when you live each moment Now and stop looking back. Accept what is and know that it will be better. Thinking that way will draw exactly what you want into your life and it will be positive. Gratitude for who you are and what you have can only bring more of the same, this works with negative thoughts too. Hold onto the positive thoughts and feelings, and let go of the past. Namaste

Are you expressing gratitude for what you have in your life? If not why? It doesn't matter how much or how little you have, there is always someone who has more or less than you. Every morning that you awake, be thankful for another day that you have of life, someone else has lost their life. Whenever you take a drink of water, be thankful as someone else does not have clean water to drink or use. Anytime you walk down the street, whether alone or with your dog, be thankful that it is safe for you to walk, as someone else lives in a war torn neighborhood. There is so much more to be thankful for other than money, which is what many people who do not have much, worry about. When you worry about the lack of money guess what you receive, more of the same. However, if you are grateful what however much you have, you will attract more. The saying goes 'like attracts like' or 'the law of attraction'. Don't feel that because you are not a millionaire, you are worthless, you have your life and that is something to be celebrated every day! Stay positive and hold gratitude for All that you have in your life. Namaste

Whether you believe it or not, you have control over how your day goes. It all starts from the time you open your eyes when you wake in the morning. If you wake up thinking that the day is going to be awful, then that is what you will get, however if you choose to say "Today is going to be awesome!" then that is what you have chosen. We may feel that we do not have control of how many things happen in our days, but when you think about it, you do. You choose to drive or take the train to work, you choose to park close to the building or far away so you get a bit of a walk in. When thugs that you think are bad happen to you, you have attracted them with your thoughts. Stop thinking that things won't work out or that your going to miss the train or that there will be tons o Make wise choices with your thought and you will find that your day will run much smoother. Be the kind of person that others want to admire because you didn't lose your cool when a client blows up at you. You have the choice to be the person who understands the clients frustration and work with them to give them what they want. This way te client will think twice about loosing their temper the next time, and talk to you first before the meeting. Stay positive with your thoughts and actions and have a wonderful day, Everyday!!! Namaste

So many people have a hard time letting go and moving away from past events. They feel that whatever negative things happened was meant to keep them in that place. What they are not realizing is that they needed to have this happen so that they would change. If we have a job that pays reasonably well and we can pay our bills and put food on the table, but we are not happy, we feel we should not make waves which could cause us to loose this job. However, we are holding ourselves back. We are then forced I make a decision when we are laid off because of cut-backs. We sit and wonder "why is this happening to me?" We feel that we must deserve to loose the job because we are not worthy of anything better. The truth is, You do deserve to have the life you want. Getting by in a job that does not make you happy is not living fully. We are meant to be joyful and doing something that does not make us happy is not part of the picture. Don't get stuck in the past, take the nudge and move forward in the career/job that will make You happy. Learn from what has happened in the past, use your experience in you old job to manage you own business. You can do it, trust in yourself. Namaste

Healing starts from within. This is a time for you to forgive yourself as well as others. Many people are so hard on themselves for past mistakes. What they don't realize is that whatever happened had to, for them to be where they are now. Everything happens for a reason, even when you feel that it is not fair. Have faith in yourself to know that you can make it past this time, and the quicker you forgive, the easier and swifter it will happen. Should it feels like you are repeating the same mistakes, take a step back and find what the lesson is. Once you see it, make the change in your behavior or attitude, then you will see positive change come your way. Remember, forgiveness is the way out of the negative state of your life. Namaste

Have you ever noticed how animals, domestic or wild, just get on with their life. They don't seem to sit wondering should I go now or wait like us humans. Why do we worry so much about what others think about us and what we do. We all have our own purpose for being here and nothing that we do is wrong. Everything happens for a reason, I truly believe that. It's all in what we think and what we focus on. Think back to a time when something didn't go exactly as you expected it to, were you worrying? If so, you got what you wanted, even if it didn't make you happy. When you are worrying, you are so focused on what you don't want that you actually make what you don't want your wish. It all stems from your thoughts as feelings. I hear you saying but that not what I wanted, but if you put more effort into your worrying than into your thoughts of finding the perfect home, then you will get your wish. Ask someone who always seems to get what they want how they make it happen, ask if they worry an they will probably tell you that they don't. Focus your thoughts on what you want and not what you don't want. Think "I want to find the right job for me". While holding that thought, see yourself in the job, doing it. If you have already interviewed for this position, see yourself walking into the building for your first say, smiling, excited and looking forward to a great experience. See yourself sitting at your desk or in a meeting, making the sale. While you are doing this, feel the joy of being there. Whenever worry comes in to mind, blow it away with a smile, knowing that you have been offered the opportunity to be happy. What do you have to lose by being happy for yourself, nothing! Make it happen, whether it's a job, relationship or starting your own business. Focus on the positive and manifest it through your feelings. Namaste
