Last week we worked on making positive changes in our lives. When you read about making change you feel that it sounds easy enough, but then when you try to make it happen, it feels like your hitting a brick wall. The wall you are hitting is fear, fear of the unknown, fear of what happens if it doesn't work, fear of what happens if it does work. Many people don't make change in their life because they have become comfortable in living in fear. Complacency seems like the safe way to go, but if you're not happy why not make the change? If mistakes are made, learn from it, don't rush back to your old life because one thing you tried didn't work. Take that experience, put it in your tool belt and move on to the next part of your exciting journey. Everyday is another chance for change. You don't have to make it all happen in one day, small steps in the direction you want to go is all that is needed. See in your minds eye what you want your life to be, see it as if it's already here. Feel the excitement you have everyday knowing that you are living your dream. Deep within your heart and gut, know that this is what you have always wanted and nothing can take it away, now that you have it. Only You can make or break this dream. Remember all the people who came from nothing, saw what they wante and went for it, not knowing what the next step should be, but heading in their positive direction of love and happiness. Working hard day to day at a job that you are not happy at only brings you down. Step out of your comfort zone and let life happen. Namaste
