If you wake up every morning expecting it to be a bad day, that is what you will get. Try going to bed at night with positive thoughts in mind. In turn you will have good dreams and wake with positive thoughts on your mind, that you are going to have a great day. Try it tonight, as you are getting ready to go to bed, start thinking about what a good day you had. All the things you accomplished (even if it was only a couple of things). Be grateful for all that you have, knowing that no matter how little you have, there is someone out there who has less. Wish for the best to come to you and all who are suffering. It really makes your heart feel strong. Keep your thoughts on all the good things you have in your life and that you Only expect more.
