How are you feeling this very moment as you are beginning to read this? If you have just had an argument or disagreement or just being hard on yourself, STOP these feelings as you read today's message.
Begin to think about all te good things you have ever done. How many people you have helped, and how many people have helped you. When you put your mind in a more inspired frame, everything changes in your body, it's like meditating. You can choose to inspire yourself by being kind to You. By being kind to yourself it will be easier to be kind to others. In doing so, people will notice this and although some may make a joke of fun of how you are behaving, don't worry. In time these same people will appreciate how you have changed because they will also want to change. This is one way of you inspiring others. And remember, there are others who are reading this and they may begin the positive change within themselves before you and so they may be the inspiration for you. If we all try to inspire ourselves we will see that we are also inspiring others. This is a vicious circle I would love to be in.
Start with inspiring yourself to live a positive life, seeing the good in every situation, no matter how bad it may seem at the time. This is loving yourself, seeing that whatever happens around you cannot affect the peace within You. There will be changes, small at first, but you will see that you will not be so eager to jump into an argument or to listen to a negative story being told. Live your life in a perpetual love circle and have others join or join theirs. It doesn't matter as we are all here to help each other, some people or beings have forgotten that. Start with You.
