We all want to be healthy and live a happy life, but we tend to make ourselves miserable and so sick. Have you ever noticed that when you are worried about something, you tend to feel more down and tired all the time. No matter what you do you can't change how you feel. And what about the times when you are so happy, nothing that happens can upset you. Which would you prefer? I know I would like to be happy all the time, but that would not be practical as we know that sometimes we have to be serious. However, being serious does not mean being unhappy, it just means being focused on what we are doing.
Today and everyday, wake up saying that you are going to have an awesome day. Know that no matter what may be thrown at you, it won't stick to you if you duck or even if it hits you, remember you can brush it off. Don't worry about what might happen before it does, be excited about what is to come, but remember to be in the present moment so you don't miss anything. This way you will be living a joyful and healthy life. Stay at peace within and it will make it so much easier to deal with difficult issues.
