Who do you need to forgive? Today decide how you would like to feel, how would you like to live your life. If you are content with living a bitter, longing, unhappy existence, then that's your choice. Nobody I know would want to live that way, but they do.
Today, Forgive all those who have hurt you. Write their names down on a piece of paper, and if it still hurts when you see their name, then you haven't forgiven them fully. Keep hold of this paper, until you no longer feel upset, angry or disgust when you see their name. Once there is no reaction to the name, cross it off the list. Continue to do this until all the names have been removed. Then write your name on the list and forgive yourself. Forgiveness starts from within, and if you cannot forgive You then you cannot forgive anyone else. To truly forgive others you must start with yourself.
Now go back to the list you've just made and put yourself at the top. Start with You, Forgive You. Then it will be easier to forgive the others. None of us are perfect and we all make mistakes or say things to hurt others now and then. Many times its in the heat of the moment, and can seem unforgivable. Today see that Everything is forgivable. We are not our bodies, our body is a vehicle which transports us through life. Let go of what you or others have done to hurt you. Live a life filled with love and happiness.
