When you have issues or difficulties today remember to Breath! There is a place within you that is you safe haven, a place or complete serenity. Meditate on this, so that when problems come up, you can go there within and deal with the issue at hand. Everyone has this place, but not everyone knows how to find it. Screaming and shouting at someone is not going to make you feel better, in fact it will raise your blood pressure. Keep doing that everyday and you will have a heart attack. When this happens it's your body telling you to Stop! Listen to your body as it knows what it needs. Love your inner self and know that all is well within. Keep a calm interior and you will be able to do the same on the outside. This is what's right for you. If you do not already meditate, try it. Find a quiet spot, sit down it lay, whichever is more comfortable. Close your eyes and start to breathe deeply. Listen to your breath, in and out, focus on it, as this helps you to clear your mind. Do this today and come back and let me know how you feel. The first time you meditate your mind does not want you to think of nothing. It will keep bombarding you with thoughts. Let them go!
