Our bodies do know how to heal ourselves, it is us who feel that we need outside intervention to heal. When we feel off balance or uncomfortable, these are signs that something isn't right. This is when we should take the time to sit quietly and figure out what is bothering us. If we did that, many diseases (dis-ease) would not develop within us. We should get to know our bodies as stress is one of the reasons why we get sick. Let go of the things that no longer serve you. Don't let other peoples stress get to you. Walk away from stressful situations or people that are bothering you.
