When you are worried your mind is filled with fear. Fear only brings more things to you of negativity, which in turn brings more fear. This is the same for guilt, for small or large things that have happened, or about to take place. To remove yourself from this whirlwind of negative feelings you must change your thoughts. In changing how you think about any situation it will make things better. Know that whatever happened or happens, it is meant to be. Stay focused on positive outcomes and you will see a change. You must also feel these new positive thoughts, as feeling is a big part of the change you want. Remember how much thought and feeling you put into the negativity and change it to positive. Change the words you use, remove negative words from your vocabulary. Some negative words can be used as a positive, it all depends on how you feel about the word.
