I've noticed that so many people stress out about so many small things, but they make them enormous. We've been told not to make a mountain out of a mole hill, but true in fact, we still do. So over the next few days I'm posting symptoms and what we can do to recover.
Day One
The body calls on fat reserves to be used up for energy. These fatty deposits stay in the blood vessels and contribute to arteriosclerosis (thickening of the artery walls). This narrows the blood vessels and puts you at risk of heart disease.
When you stress out and don't know how to deal with it the above happens. This is definitely not good for your heart or your body. One if the best things to do is walk, as this gets the blood pumping around your body so this assists in relieving the pressure. You can also meditate as this brings your heart rate to a relaxed state, and during this time there are no worries. Reflexology also assists with relieving stress, or as I call it Stupid Thoughts Ruining Every Simple Step. Let it go! Namaste
